CEO
Don Meiners has over 24 years of experience in design and manufacture of high frequency radio products. Prior to being appointed to the role of CEO, Don served as PureWave's VP of Operations. Before joining PureWave Networks Don was Vice President of Operations for P-Com Inc. a microwave point to point manufacturer with greater than $50M per quarter revenues. Before P-Com Don was a design engineer for two telecommunications companies. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from the Missouri Institute of Technology.

Peter has 35 yrs of experience in High Technology Sales and Management. Prior to joining PureWave, Peter was Vice President of Channels and International Sales for WebEx Communications, driving significant revenue growth prior to its acquisition by Cisco Systems. Peter was also Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Netro Corporation during its transition to pre-WiMAX networks. He was also Vice President of the Electronics Systems Division of Raychem Corporation. Peter has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Vanderbilt University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.

Dan Picker has over 25 years of experience in software and communication systems development and management. Before joining PureWave, Dan spent nearly 12 years at Nokia, where he was globally responsible for all software and hardware platform development for their CDMA phones. He was also co-responsible for the design and development of Nokia’s highly regarded CDMA Integration Test Platform, a flexible multi-base station network emulator, four generations of which have been globally deployed. Dan holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering (Communication Theory and Systems) from the University of California, San Diego, and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Business Development
Ronen Vengosh joined PureWave Networks from Alvarion where he led the North America marketing and market development team. In this capacity he also worked closely with some of the largest operators in the U.S. to develop profitable business models for WiMAX deployment. Previously, Ronen practiced corporate law at Fischer, Behar, Chen and Co., where he specialized in M&A work and venture financing. He holds a law degree from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Reza Golshan

Reza Golshan has over 27 years of management and engineering experience in digital communication, networking, and broadband wireless products. Prior to PureWave, he held CTO and VP responsibilities in startups developing LTE core solutions for base stations, user equipment, and automobile communication systems. He spent over 12 years as the chief architect and engineering director at Fujitsu Microelectronics, where he led VLSI and system developments for broadband wireless (WiMAX), VOIP gateways and digital video applications.
Previously, Reza had held key management and engineering positions at National Semiconductor, Positron Fiber Systems, and RCA Electro-Optics. There he aided in development of ATM networks/switches, SONET multiplexers, and digital infotainment systems.
Reza holds an undergraduate degree in physics and electronics and a master and doctorate degrees in electrical engineering and electronics, all from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) at UK.

Dermot Conlon joined PureWave Networks to oversee all aspects of order management, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and Quality. Prior to joining PureWave, he served at TE Connectivity's Wireless business unit where he led the Operations and Quality functions. Dermot has over 25 years experience in the Telecommunications industry at Raynet, Ericsson, LGC Wireless, ADC Telecommunications and TE Connectivity. In his various roles he helped with acquisition integrations, ramping of products to volume, cost reduction and worked with third-party contract manufacturer's overseas. Dermot also brings expertise in business systems and processes to enable a predictable supply of quality product to customers. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining PureWave in 2013, Pascal Turchi served in a range of senior positions at Cisco. Among his notable achievements at Cisco are a product and technology integration agreement with Alcatel in June 1997, which generated substantial revenue for Cisco, and joint ventures with Italtel and Capgemini, in which Cisco was a significant investor. Among Pascal’s executive roles at Cisco were responsibility for Smart Connected Communities and responsibility for Cisco’s globalization efforts in India, with priorities around Cloud computing with India Service Partners. Pascal also served as Director of Strategic Alliances in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
After graduating in 1983, he worked for several European technology companies, successively as a development engineer, product line manager, sales-marketing director and general manager for 3Com.
Pascal has been an active member of IDATE, a center for study and debate among IT Corporate Directors and Public Policy Makers. He was involved in projects relating to territorial issues, integrating aspects of online business into to the European Forum Quality Model (EFQM), and issues involving excellence and economic growth.

John has over 30 years of experience in Technology and Service organizations.
Before joining PureWave, John was CFO at Neato Robotics and Tigo Energy. Prior to Tigo Energy, John was VP and GM of the Wireless Coverage Group at ADC Telecommunications. Prior to ADC, John held COO and CFO positions at LGC Wireless, Jetstream Communications and Voysys Corporation.
John is a CPA, holds a BS in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit and has completed the Financial Management Program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
