Eric Benhamou
Eric Benhamou is the CEO and founder of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at IDC Herzliya's Arison School of Business. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000 and as chairman of the board of directors until its sale to HP in April 2010. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com. In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987. In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. He is the chairman of the Israel Venture Network, a venture philanthropy organization for a stronger Israeli society. Mr. Benhamou received a Masters degree from Stanford University's School of Engineering. He also holds a Diplome d'Ingénieur and a doctorate from Arts et Metiers ParisTech.

Anik BoseAnik Bose is a General Partner at BGV. BGV is an early stage venture fund that assists entrepreneurs in building a new generation of high technology companies. Prior to joining BGV, he headed business development at 3Com – in this role he managed a $250MM corporate venture fund, spearheaded dozens of venture capital investments and executed numerous M&A transactions. Key venture investments include – Mesh Networks (acquired by Motorola), Parthus (IPO), Cicada Semiconductor (acquired by Vitesse), Microtune (IPO), ADMTek (acquired by Infineon), Atrica (acquired by Nokia/Siemens), Sheer Networks (acquired by Cisco), Air Prime (Acquired by Sierra Wireless), Healthetec (IPO) and Intransa. Most recently Mr. Bose architected the launch of H3C (3Com’s joint venture with Huawei), which achieved annual revenues of over $700 million and a market valuation of $1.8Bn within 36 months of launch. Prior to joining 3Com, Mr. Bose served as a Partner in the High Technology Practice of Deloitte Management Consulting in San Francisco. Mr. Bose holds a MBA from Boston College and BA in Economics from the University of Delhi, India. 

Robert Ackerman
Robert Ackerman is the Founder of Allegis Capital and currently sits on the Boards of Apprion, PureWave Networks and DriverSide. His prior investments include LGC Wireless, IronPort Systems (CSCO), iBeam Broadcasting (NASDAQ), Comparnet (MSFT), StepUp Commerce (INTU) and Classroom Connect (ENL). Mr. Ackerman uses his fifteen plus years of general management, venture capital and strategic mergers and acquisition advisory experience to support the firm's technology start-up companies. Prior to Allegis Capital, his operating experience includes the CEO of UniSoft Systems (a world leading UNIX systems house operating in the U.S., Europe and Asia) and the founder and Chairman of InfoGear Technology Corporation (the first internet appliance company; acquired by CISCO in 2000). Mr. Ackerman has been named as one of the Top 100 technology investors by both Forbes Magazine and AlwaysOn. He is a leading advocate and authority on matters related to collaboration between start-up companies, venture capital firms and strategic corporate investors.  Mr. Ackerman chairs the annual Corporate Venturing and Innovation conference, and he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and contributor to publications on matters related to venture capital, innovation, security and public policy related to economic development. Mr. Ackerman is a member of the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco-based Asian Art Museum. He is also an instructor on subjects related to venture capital and new venture finance at the University of California’s Haas Graduate School of Business at Berkeley and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Vivek Ragavan

Vivek Ragavan is a network industry veteran and seasoned entrepreneur with more than 30 years of high-
technology leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Ragavan has served as  CEO of Actelis, a broadband acceleration over copper company, and was CEO of Atrica ,a carrier-Ethernet company that he sold to Nokia Siemens Networks in 2008. Mr. Ragavan was also CEO at Redback Networks, a public company, which received the Forbes ASAP designation, while he was CEO,  as one of the fastest growing companies in 2000. Mr. Ragavan, prior to that was CEO of Siara Systems, which he helped found and sold to  Redback in 2000 for one of the largest private company deals in the valley. Mr.Ragavan has also served as the President of the Broadband Group at ADC Telecommunications, a diversified telecommunications equipment provider,  and as VP of Engineering at General Instrument Corporation,  where he managed the development of one of the first digital set top box and affiliated access control systems in the cable equipment industry. He also spent 10 years as VP of Engineering managing the design of state of the art equipment in the digital satellite communications industry. Mr.Ragavan has a BSEE from Northwestern University and a MSEE from Cornell University and lives in the Bay area with his family.


Don MeinersDon Meiners has over 24 years of experience in design and manufacture of high frequency radio products. Prior to being appointed to the role of CEO, Don served as PureWave's VP of Operations. Before joining PureWave Networks Don was Vice President of Operations for P-Com Inc. a microwave point to point manufacturer with greater than $50M per quarter revenues. Before P-Com Don was a design engineer for two telecommunications companies. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from the Missouri Institute of Technology.
